Shannon Mastaler, Chief Creative Officer of P.S. MediaHouse, is a visionary storyteller and creative mastermind. With a background in journalism as a former editor and creative director, she honed a sharp eye for impactful branding. Now, she oversees all creative concepts, refining every idea to perfection. Her talent for adding the finishing touch to every design helps businesses shine in a crowded market. Beyond P.S. MediaHouse, she teaches media relations at Conestoga College, finding fulfillment in guiding students as they shape their creative futures—just as she has shaped so many brands.

Where does your creativity come from?

I’m always influenced by the beauty around me, spotting subtle design hints and trends early. Magazines, books, travel, architecture and social media fuel my ideas, which I bring to our team to craft into stunning concepts with meticulous detail.

If you weren’t in marketing, what would you be doing?

Maybe still in journalism (I will always have a love for a beautiful print publication,) or running a cozy bookstore with a little café and a spot for meditation – and why not add in a cocktail bar?

Everything. Travel, architecture, fashion, interiors—there’s inspiration everywhere if you know where to look.
